I believe that attitude is as necessary as skills, that design thinking enhances creativity and that the best interface is no interface.

I believe we should aim to build better users and not better products or services. That one must embrace failure in order to learn and succeed. That smart decisions are based on research. And that problems should always be tackled together.

  • User Experience Design

Adding value by identifying project goals, identifying the status of the user experience as within your product, creating a vision of how to improve it, defining the means and elements of this improvement and planning the workflow to achieve the goal.

  • User Interface Design

Creating value through prototyping, advocating and maintaining visual consistency, appropriate visual hierarchy as well as identifying visual patterns while collaborating with the Front End engineers.

  • Design Sprints

Certified Design Sprint Master, I enjoy facilitating opportunities for teams to untangle problems via focused group exercises and workshops, as well as solving specific problems systematically and collaboratively.

  • Service Design

Bringing value by looking at the big picture, connecting the dots, gluing broken teams back together, challenging existing processes and best practices, and setting the stage for a company-wide user-centered design focus.
